Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s compliance framework to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. I oversee anti–money laundering (AML) programs, conduct risk assessments, and implement controls to prevent financial crimes and operational risks. My role involves liaising with regulators, ensuring compliance with KYC, CDD, and transaction monitoring obligations, and promoting a strong culture of compliance across the organization. I also work closely with business and technology teams to align compliance processes with innovative fintech solutions, balancing regulatory integrity with business growth.
