The Sales Support Officer is responsible for executing day-to-day B2B sales activities, focusing on engaging prospective clients such as schools and institutions. The representative supports the company’s sales objectives by conducting outreach, performing field visits, following up on leads, and ensuring accurate documentation of sales interactions. This role reports to the Sales Supervisor and contributes directly to client acquisition, onboarding, and satisfaction.
المسؤوليات
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s solutions and schedule meetings. • Carry out field visits, including cold visits, to promote digital payment solutions. • Support in presenting sales proposals and offers to clients under the guidance of the Sales Supervisor. • Follow up regularly with clients after meetings to maintain interest and progress toward closing deals. • Collect required compliance documents and ensure they are properly submitted to
المتطلبات
• Bachelor’s degree. • 1–3 years of experience in sales, ideally in B2B or service industries. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally. • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn from supervisors and managers. • Ability to manage time effectively, balance multiple leads, and meet deadlines. • Basic knowledge of sales processes, including prospecting, pitching, and follow-up. • Resilient and adaptable, with a positive attitu
