Key Responsibilities What you will be doing: • Perform assigned duties as per established policies and procedures, utilizing AI tools for data analysis and automation to achieve departmental goals efficiently. • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other reports to assess accuracy and completeness. Use AI for anomaly detection to identify discrepancies or outliers in financial data. • Maintain financial records by verifying and analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts, leveraging automation for data entry and reconciliation processes. • Prepare and analyze the collection of issued invoices to generate an aging report. Use AI to predict payment patterns and flag potential late payments. • Clarify information and prepare supporting data for the year-end audit, utilizing AI tools to organize and validate large data sets, simplifying the audit process. • Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents and using AI-based document recognition tools for accurate data extraction and verification. • Handle accounts receivable and general ledger accounting in line with IFRS. Automate receivables tracking and generate reminders or alerts for overdue payments. • Follow up on daily receivables and reconcile bank deposits, using automation to match bank statements with recorded transactions and minimize manual errors. • Document and monitor accounting process flow to ensure adherence to regulations, with automated workflow monitoring for immediate issue identification. • Maintain and keep proper accounting records for all accounts/projects, execute payments, refunds, etc., through electronic bank accounts. Use AI to streamline payment processing and manage risk. • Capture and process credit card payments and manage refunds using AI-driven analysis to track transaction patterns and detect fraud.
