We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Trading Operations Officer to support daily operational activities including onboarding, platform monitoring, payment processing, and client support.

المسؤوليات

What You'll Do - Verify client onboarding details and documentation - Monitor platform activity and operational transactions - Process deposits and withdrawals according to company policy - Flag suspicious financial or operational activity - Handle Tier 1 client inquiries and escalate when necessary - Prepare shift reports and coordinate with Compliance & Risk teams

المتطلبات

What We're Looking For - 0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates welcome) - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business,MIS or related field - Strong interest in financial operations and financial services - Fluent in English (spoken & written) - Strong analytical and communication skills - High attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure - Comfortable with rotating shifts
